Silva’s Sunrise 67609 x Trafalgar Maddox 66945

nt821 negative by parentage

Shadows on Crocus Hill is a pretty black heifer with a ton of personality. She is a friendly heifer but has not been halter trained yet. Shadows is a thick heifer, and we expect her to continue to develop with a nice balance of femininity, function, and substance. Shadows’ dam, Silva’s Sunrise, is a moderately-framed cow with a top-tier udder and correct structure. Her sire, Trafalgar Maddox, produces easy-fleshing calves. Maddox is a big-footed bull that adds distinction to Shadows’ pedigree and offers best-in-class hoof structure. Our Maddox calves were born efficiently and were vigorous from the start. We expect his calves to have above-average udders based on his dam, Trafalgar Gwen. Shadows started small and grew quickly, despite a hot, dry summer. We see a great future for this heifer.

Disposition/Halter Status: Shadows is not yet halter trained. She will be weaned mid-October and ready for transport by mid to late Novemebr.
